Leggings:

Pros: super long (I'm 5'10)

Belly part is stretchy and comfortable, breathable

Keeps all my jiggly bits in place

Thick high quality material

Cons: Reminded me of Spanx putting them on, a bit constricting

slightly see through

Tights:

Pros: more stretchy

breathable

lighter weight for summer motnhs

Cons: More like tights/nylons in see-throughness
